أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، نَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، نَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، نَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ:
أَرْسَلَنِي عَطَاءٌ وَرَجُلًا مَعِي إِلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ فَسَأَلْنَاهُ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تُرْضِعُ الصَّبِيَّ فِي الْمَهْدِ أَوِ الْجَارِيَةَ رَضْعَةً وَاحِدَةً. قَالَ: هِيَ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ، قَالَ قُلْتُ: فَإِنَّ عَائِشَةَ، وَابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ يَزْعُمَانِ أَنَّهُ لَا يُحَرِّمُهَا رَضْعَتَانِ وَلَا ثَلَاثٌ، قَالَ: كِتَابُ اللهِ أَصْدَقُ مِنْ قَوْلِهِمَا وَقَرَأَ آيَةَ الرَّضَاعَةِ
