أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا: يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ ؓ:

أَنَّ عَمَّهَا أَخَا أَبِي الْقُعَيْسِ جَاءَ يَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَيْهَا بَعْدَ مَا ضُرِبَ الْحِجَابُ فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تَأْذَنَ لَهُ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَتَسْتَأْذِنَهُ، فَلَمَّا جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَتْ: جَاءَ عَمِّي أَخُو أَبِي الْقُعَيْسِ فَرَدَدْتُهُ حَتَّى أَسْتَأْذِنَكَ فَقَالَ: " أَوَلَيْسَ بِعَمِّكِ ؟ " قَالَتْ: إِنَّمَا أَرْضَعَتْنِي الْمَرْأَةُ وَلَمْ يُرْضِعْنِي الرَّجُلُ، قَالَ: إِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ فَيَلِجُ عَلَيْكِ. وَكَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ ؓ تُحَرِّمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعِ مَا تُحَرِّمُ مِنَ الْوِلَادَةِ
