( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا حَاجِبُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الطُّوسِيُّ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ مُنِيبٍ، نَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، نَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذٍ ؓ:

أَنَّهَا اخْتَلَعَتْ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَوْ أُمِرَتْ أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ بِحَيْضَةٍ

    رواه الثوري واختلف عنه فرواه الفضل بن موسى عن الثوري عن محمد بن عبد الرحمن مولى آل طلحة عن سليمان بن يسار عن الربيع بنت معوذ ورفعه إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وخالفه وكيع فرواه عن الثوري كذلك ولم يقل على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وقال فأمرت أن تعتد بحيضة وهو الصحيح
