وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو مَعْبَدٍ حَفْصُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى بِإِسْنَادِهِ إِلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ:

عِدَّةُ أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ إِذَا تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا سَيِّدُهَا أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرٌ، وَإِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ فَعِدَّتُهَا ثَلَاثُ حِيَضٍ
