( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، ثَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، أَوْ قَالَ: أَظُنُّهُ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ:

لَوْلَا أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ خَيَّرَ الْمَفْقُودَ بَيْنَ امْرَأَتِهِ وَالصَّدَاقِ لَرَأَيْتُ أَنَّهُ أَحَقُّ بِهَا إِذَا جَاءَ
