( وَرَوَاهُ ) ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى مُخْتَصَرًا وَزَادَ فِيهِ قَالَ:
فَخَيَّرَهُ عُمَرُ ؓ بَيْنَ الصَّدَاقِ وَبَيْنَ امْرَأَتِهِ، فَاخْتَارَ الصَّدَاقَ، قَالَ حَمَّادٌ وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ: فَأَعْطَاهُ الصَّدَاقَ مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَالِ
