( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ عَنْ هُشَيْمِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ سَيَّارٍ أَبِي الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ
فِي امْرَأَةِ الْمَفْقُودِ إِذَا قَدِمَ، وَقَدْ تَزَوَّجَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ: هِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ إِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ وَلَا تُخَيَّرُ
