( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:

لَا يَصْلُحُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تَبِيتَ لَيْلَةً وَاحِدَةً إِذَا كَانَتْ فِي عِدَّةِ وَفَاةٍ أَوْ طَلَاقٍ إِلَّا فِي بَيْتِهَا
