وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ (، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ )، نَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي طَلَّقْتُ ( امْرَأَتِي ) فَجَاءَتْ بَعْدَ شَهْرَيْنِ فَقَالَتْ: قَدِ انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتِي وَعِنْدَ عَلِيٍّ ؓ شُرَيْحٌ فَقَالَ: قُلْ فِيهَا، قَالَ: وَأَنْتَ شَاهِدٌ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: إِنْ جَاءَتْ بِبِطَانَةٍ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا مِنَ الْعُدُولِ يَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّهَا حَاضَتْ ثَلَاثَ حِيَضٍ وَإِلَّا فَهِيَ كَاذِبَةٌ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ: قَالُونْ بِالرُّومِيَّةِ أَيْ أَصَبْتَ

    ذكر البخاري في كتاب الحيض ويذكر عن علي فذكر في الحيض أثرا صحيحا قالوا إذا ذكر البخاري أثرا ممرضا كان غير صحيح عنده ولئن سلمنا ما قالوا فتكون رواية الشعبي عن علي منقطعة لأنه لا علة في السند الممرض غير رواية الشعبي عن علي قلت لعل البخاري لم يصح عنده سماع الشعبي من علي إلا هذا الحرف كما ذكر الدارقطني فأتي به هنا مسندا والذي في الحيض لم يصح عنده سماع الشعبي منه فمرضه
