( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ، نَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ( عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ):

إِذَا طَلَّقَهَا وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ لَمْ تَعْتَدَّ بِتِلْكَ الْحَيْضَةِ
