( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ الْأَصْمَعِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ:
يُقَالُ قَدْ أَقْرَأَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ إِذَا دَنَا حَيْضُهَا، وَأَقْرَأَتْ إِذَا دَنَا طُهْرُهَا قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ: فَأَصْلُ الْأَقْرَاءِ إِنَّمَا هِيَ وَقْتُ الشَّيْءِ إِذَا حَضَرَ، قَالَ الْأَعْشَى يَمْدَحُ رَجُلًا بِغَزْوَةٍ غَزَاهَا: مُوَرِّثَةٍ مَالًا وَفِي الْحَمْدِ رِفْعَةً لِمَا ضَاعَ فِيهَا مِنْ قُرُوءِ نِسَائِكَا ( فَالْقُرُوءُ هَاهُنَا الْأَطْهَارُ لِأَنَّ النِّسَاءَ لَا يُوطَأْنَ إِلَّا فِيهَا )
