( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ:
أَرْسَلَ عُثْمَانُ ؓ إِلَى أَبِي ؓ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ رَاجَعَهَا حِينَ دَخَلَتْ فِي الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ قَالَ: إِنِّي أَرَى أَنَّهُ أَحَقُّ بِهَا مَا لَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ وَتَحِلَّ لَهَا الصَّلَاةُ، قَالَ: لَا أَعْلَمُ عُثْمَانَ ؓ إِلَّا أَخَذَ بِذَلِكَ
