( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ قَالَ:

إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فِي الْوَاحِدَةِ وَالثِّنْتَيْنِ
