( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، نَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، نَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَقَيْسٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ زِرٍّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَا:
مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ فِي الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ أَنْ لَا يَجْتَمِعَا أَبَدًا
