وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، نَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، نَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ وَمَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ رَبَاحٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ وَقَالَ فِي آخِرِهِ:
إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى أَنَّ الْوَلَدَ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرَ، هُوَ ابْنُكَ تَرِثُهُ وَيَرِثُكَ، قُلْتُ: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، قَالَ: هُوَ ذَاكَ، فَكُنْتُ أُنِيمُهُ بَيْنَهُمَا هَذَانِ أَسْوَدَانِ وَهَذَا أَبْيَضُ،
