وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
أَرْسَلَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ إِلَى شَيْخٍ مِنْ بَنِي زُهْرَةَ كَانَ يَسْكُنُ دَارَنَا، فَذَهَبْتُ مَعَهُ إِلَى عُمَرَ ؓ فَسَأَلَ عَنْ وِلَادٍ مِنْ وِلَادِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَقَالَ: أَمَّا الْفِرَاشُ فَلِفُلَانٍ، وَأَمَّا النُّطْفَةُ فَلِفُلَانٍ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: صَدَقْتَ وَلَكِنْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْفِرَاشِ
