( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو صَالِحِ بْنُ أَبِي طَاهِرٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ أَنَا جَدِّي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، نَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ هُوَ ابْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" أُقَاتِلُ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ فَإِذَا شَهِدُوا أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَآمَنُوا بِي وَبِمَا جِئْتُ بِهِ فَقَدْ عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللهِ
