أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مَالِكٌ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ

كَانَا يَقُولَانِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُؤْلِي مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ: إِنَّهَا إِذَا مَضَتِ الْأَرْبَعَةُ الْأَشْهُرِ فَهِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ وَلِزَوْجِهَا عَلَيْهَا رَجْعَةٌ مَا كَانَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ
