✧ Whoever says the one who takes an oath of continence is waited for after four months; if he returns, otherwise he divorces

وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَا: نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَا: نَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَخْنَسِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:

يُوقَفُ بَعْدَ الْأَرْبَعَةِ فَإِمَّا أَنْ يَفِيءَ وَإِمَّا أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ
