أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الزَّاهِرِيُّ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ يَعْنِي الْحَنَفِيَّ قَالَ:
سَأَلَ ابْنُ الْكَوَّاءِ ( عَلِيًّا ؓ ) عَنِ الْمَمْلُوكَةِ تَكُونُ تَحْتَ الرَّجُلِ فَيُطَلِّقُهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ يَشْتَرِيهَا فَقَالَ: لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ
