ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ، نَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ:

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا فَتَزَوَّجَهَا غَيْرُهُ وَأَغْلَقَ الْبَابَ وَأَرْخَى السِّتْرَ وَكَشَفَ الْخِمَارَ ثُمَّ فَارَقَهَا، قَالَ: لَا تَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ حَتَّى يَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا الْآخَرُ

    وروي عن مسعر عن علقمة بن مرثد ولم يثبت وذكر شعبة فيه سعيد بن المسيب غير محفوظ
