أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، نَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، نَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَيُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَأَيُّوبَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ:

أَنَّ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ ؓ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ وَرَاجَعَ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ ؟ قَالَ عِمْرَانُ: طَلَّقَ فِي غَيْرِ عِدَّةٍ وَرَاجَعَ فِي غَيْرِ سُنَّةٍ فَلْيُشْهِدِ الْآنَ
