أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا: نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْجَزَرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ يُشْهِدُ عَلَى رَجْعَتِهَا وَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ بِذَلِكَ، قَالَ: هِيَ امْرَأَةُ الْأَوَّلِ دَخَلَ بِهَا الْآخَرُ أَمْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ
