أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:
أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ فِي مَسْكَنِ حَفْصَةَ ؓ وَكَانَ طَرِيقَهُ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ، فَكَانَ يَسْلُكُ الطَّرِيقَ الْآخَرَ مِنْ أَدْبَارِ الْبُيُوتِ كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ يَسْتَأْذِنَ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى رَاجَعَهَا
