أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَامِدٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الرَّازِيُّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ: زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، نَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، نَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نُفَيْعٌ:

أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَمْلُوكًا وَكَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ حُرَّةٌ فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ فَسَأَلَ عُثْمَانَ وَزَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ؓ فَقَالَا: طَلَاقُكَ طَلَاقُ عَبْدٍ وَعِدَّتُهَا عِدَّةُ حُرَّةٍ
