( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، نَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، نَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَابِسِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:

كُلُّ الطَّلَاقِ جَائِزٌ إِلَّا طَلَاقَ الْمَعْتُوهِ
