( اسْتِدْلَالًا بِمَا أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، نَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، نَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، نَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، نَا وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ وَعَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ
