( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ

أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا أَتَى ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي جَعَلْتُ امْرَأَتِي عَلَيَّ حَرَامًا قَالَ: لَيْسَتْ عَلَيْكَ بِحَرَامٍ قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ قَوْلَ اللهِ تَعَالَى: كُلُّ الطَّعَامِ كَانَ حِلا لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِلا مَا حَرَّمَ إِسْرَائِيلُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: إِنَّ إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانَتْ بِهِ النَّسَا فَجَعَلَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ إِنْ شَفَاهُ اللهُ أَنْ لَا يَأْكُلَ الْعُرُوقَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلَيْسَتْ بِحَرَامٍ
