أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الطُّوسِيُّ، نَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، نَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ ( ح ) قَالَ وَأَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ السَّيَّارِيُّ بِمَرْوَ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ، نَا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بِشْرٍ الْحَرِيرِيُّ قَالَا: نَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ أَنَّ يَعْلَى بْنَ حَكِيمٍ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ:

إِذَا حَرَّمَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَيْهِ امْرَأَتَهُ فَهِيَ يَمِينٌ يُكَفِّرُهَا وَقَالَ لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ
