وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ) عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَعَلَ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِهَا فَطَلَّقَتْ نَفْسَهَا أَلْفًا فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ؓ فَقَالَ: هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا
