أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ حِكَايَةً عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ وَيَعْلَى عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ:

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً قَالَتْ لِزَوْجِهَا لَوْ أَنَّ الْأَمْرَ الَّذِي بِيَدِكَ بِيَدِي لَطَلَّقْتُكَ، قَالَ: قَدْ جَعَلْتُ الْأَمْرَ إِلَيْكِ فَطَلَّقَتْ نَفْسَهَا ثَلَاثًا. فَسَأَلَ عُمَرُ عَبْدَ اللهِ ؓ عَنْ ذَلِكَ قَالَ: هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا فَقَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ: وَأَنَا أَرَى ذَلِكَ
