( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ، نَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، نَا أَبِي، نَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ قَيْسَ بْنَ أَبِي حَازِمٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ شُعْبَةَ وَأَنَا شَاهِدٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ مِائَةً قَالَ: ثَلَاثٌ تُحَرِّمُ وَسَبْعٌ وَتِسْعُونَ فَضْلٌ
