أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، نَا قَبِيصَةُ، نَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ:
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ طَلَّقَهَا
