وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى وَأَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ قَالَا: نَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نَا ابْنُ أَخِي الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَمِّهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَذَكَرَ عُمَرُ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَتَغَيَّظَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: لِيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ لِيُمْسِكْهَا حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً مُسْتَقْبَلَةً سِوَى حَيْضَتِهَا الَّتِي طَلَّقَهَا فِيهَا فَإِنْ بَدَا لَهُ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا طَاهِرًا مِنْ حَيْضَتِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّهَا فَذَلِكَ الطَّلَاقُ لِلْعِدَّةِ كَمَا أَمَرَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ". وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ طَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَةً فَحُسِبَتْ مِنْ طَلَاقِهَا وَرَاجَعَهَا عَبْدُ اللهِ كَمَا أَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ
