أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، نَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، نَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ قَالَ:
كَانَتْ لِيَ امْرَأَةٌ كُنْتُ أُحِبُّهَا وَكَانَ أَبِي يَكْرَهُهَا فَقَالَ لِي: طَلِّقْهَا فَأَبَيْتُ فَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ: " طَلِّقْهَا ". فَطَلَّقْتُهَا
