( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَا: نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو نَصْرٍ يَعْنِي عَبْدَ الْوَهَّابِ بْنَ عَطَاءٍ، سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَخْلَعُ امْرَأَتَهُ بِأَكْثَرَ مِمَّا أَعْطَاهَا فَأَخْبَرَنَا عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ:

أَنَّ جَمِيلَةَ بِنْتَ السَّلُولِ أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ فُلَانًا تَعْنِي زَوْجَهَا ثَابِتَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ وَاللهِ مَا أَعْتِبُ عَلَيْهِ. فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَقَالَ: خُذْ مَا أَعْطَيْتَهَا وَلَا تَزْدَدْ
