( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ ؓ:

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعَثَهُ عَلَى جَيْشِ ذَاتِ السَّلَاسِلِ قَالَ فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَنْ أَحَبُّ النَّاسِ إِلَيْكَ ؟ قَالَ: " عَائِشَةُ ". قُلْتُ: مِنَ الرِّجَالِ ؟ قَالَ: " أَبُوهَا. قُلْتُ: ثُمَّ مَنْ ؟ قَالَ: " عُمَرُ ". فَعَدَّ رِجَالًا
