أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، نَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَرْعَرَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ يَقُولُ
فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوْ إِعْرَاضًا فَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَنْ يُصْلِحَا بَيْنَهُمَا صُلْحًا قَالَ: هُوَ الرَّجُلُ تَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ امْرَأَتَانِ، فَتَكُونُ إِحْدَاهُمَا قَدْ عَجَزَتْ، أَوْ تَكُونُ دَمِيمَةً، فَيُرِيدُ فِرَاقَهَا، فُتَصَالِحُهُ عَلَى أَنْ يَكُونَ عِنْدَهَا لَيْلَةً وَعِنْدَ الْأُخْرَى لَيَالِيَ، وَلَا يُفَارِقَهَا، فَمَا طَابَتْ بِهِ نَفْسُهَا فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ، فَإِنْ رَجَعَتْ سَوَّى بَيْنَهُمَا
