أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا أَبِي، نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ، نَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، نَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ فِي قِصَّةِ حَجِّ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَخُطْبَتِهِ بِعَرَفَةَ قَالَ:
" فَاتَّقُوا اللهَ فِي النِّسَاءِ فَإِنَّكُمْ أَخَذْتُمُوهُنَّ بِأَمَانَةِ اللهِ، وَاسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ فُرُوجَهُنَّ بِكَلِمَةِ اللهِ، وَإِنَّ لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ أَنْ لَا يُوطِئْنَ فُرُشَكُمْ أَحَدًا تَكْرَهُونَهُ، فَإِنْ فَعَلْنَ فَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ ضَرْبًا غَيْرَ مُبَرِّحٍ، وَلَهُنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ رِزْقُهُنَّ وَكِسْوَتُهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
