أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، نَا أَصْبَغُ، نَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ إِيَاسٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
" أَظْهِرُوا النِّكَاحَ وَاضْرِبُوا عَلَيْهِ بِالْغِرْبَالِ
