أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ الْهَرَوِيُّ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، نَا الْحَسَنُ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً سِرًّا، فَكَانَ يَخْتَلِفُ إِلَيْهَا، فَرَآهُ جَارٌ لَهَا، فَقَذَفَهُ بِهَا، فَاسْتَعْدَى عَلَيْهِ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ ؓ: بَيِّنَتُكَ عَلَى تَزْوِيجِهَا فَقَالَ: يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كَانَ أَمْرٌ دُونَ فَأَشْهَدْتُ عَلَيْهِ أَهْلَهَا، فَدَرَأَ عُمَرُ ؓ الْحَدَّ عَنْ قَاذِفِهِ وَقَالَ: حَصِّنُوا فُرُوجَ هَذِهِ النِّسَاءِ، وَأَعْلِنُوا هَذَا النِّكَاحَ، وَنَهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ
