وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، ( قَالَ ثَنَا ) الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ مَوْلَى عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَوْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ ؓ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا عُمِلَتْ فِي النَّاسِ خَطِيَئَةٌ، فَمَنْ رَضِيَهَا مِمَّنْ غَابَ عَنْهَا فَهُوَ كَمَنْ شَهِدَهَا، وَمَنْ كَرِهَهَا مِمَّنْ شَهِدَهَا فَهُوَ كَمَنْ غَابَ عَنْهَا
