وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ:
وَإِنَّمَا مَنَعَنِي مِنْ إِيجَابِ الْغُسْلِ مِنْ غُسْلِ الْمَيِّتِ أَنَّ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ رَجُلًا لَمْ أَقَنَعْ عَنْ مَعْرِفَةِ مَنْ ثَبَّتَ حَدِيثَهُ إِلَى يَوْمِي عَلَى مَا يُقْنِعُنِي، فَإِنْ وَجَدْتُ مَنْ يُقْنِعُنِي أَوْجَبْتُهُ، وَأَوْجَبْتُ الْوُضُوءَ مِنْ مَسِّ الْمَيِّتِ مُفْضِيًا إِلَيْهِ، فَإِنَّهُمَا فِي حَدِيثٍ وَاحِدٍ
