( أَخْبَرَنَا ) عُمَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْعَبْدَوِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ:
أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ نَافِعٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَكَانَتْ قَدْ أُدْخِلَتْ عَلَيْهِ، فَزَعَمَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَقْرَبْهَا، وَزَعَمَتْ أَنَّهُ قَدْ قَرِبَهَا، فَخَاصَمَتْهُ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ، فَصَبَرَ شُرَيْحٌ يَمِينَ عَمْرٍو بِاللهِ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ مَا قَرِبَهَا، وَقَضَى عَلَيْهِ بِنِصْفِ الصَّدَاقِ
