فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى إِلا أَنْ يَعْفُونَ قَالَ: أَنْ تَعْفُوَ الْمَرْأَةُ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ الْوَلِيُّ
