كَانَتْ تَحْتَ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَحْشٍ، وَكَانَ رَحَلَ إِلَى النَّجَاشِي فَمَاتَ وَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ، وَإِنَّهَا لَبِأَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ زَوَّجَهَا إِيَّاهُ النَّجَاشِيُّ، وَمَهَرَهَا أَرْبَعَةَ آلَافٍ ثُمَّ جَهَّزَهَا مِنْ عِنْدِهِ فَبَعَثَ بِهَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مَعَ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ حَسَنَةَ وَجِهَازُهَا كُلُّهُ مِنْ عِنْدِ النَّجَاشِيِّ وَلَمْ يُرْسِلْ إِلَيْهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِشَيْءٍ وَكَانَ مُهُورُ أَزْوَاجِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَرْبَعَمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ
