( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ حَسَنٍ عَنِ ابْنِ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَرَّرِ بْنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ عَزْلِ الْحُرَّةِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهَا
