أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ:
أَنَّ مَوْلَاةً لِبَنِي عَدِيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ يُقَالُ لَهَا زَبْرَاءُ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَحْتَ عَبْدٍ وَهِيَ أَمَةٌ نُوبِيَّةٌ فَأُعْتِقَتْ قَالَ فَأَرْسَلَتْ إِلَيَّ حَفْصَةُ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَدَعَتْنِي فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي مُخْبِرَتُكِ خَبَرًا، وَلَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ تَصْنَعِي شَيْئًا إِنَّ أَمْرَكِ بِيَدِكِ مَا لَمْ يَمَسَّكِ زَوْجُكِ. قَالَتْ: فَفَارَقَتْهُ ثَلَاثًا
