( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَعُبَيْدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ لَفْظًا قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، ثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ مَطَرٍ، وَيَعْلَى بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ
