( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ، أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ أَنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ أَبِي اللَّيْثِ حَدَّثَهُمْ: ثَنَا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا لِيُحِلَّهَا لَهُ فَهَذَا الْمُحِلُّ وَالْمُحَلَّلُ لَهُ فَلَا يَنْبَغِي
